well..I suppose that mobile phone, telephone, internet (e-mail,
chat,forum..) are some of the tools that can be used to exercise cyberbullying. When I consider the word "cyberbullying" the picture I get in my mind is about a person who just received a threatening message through his mobile from a stranger/familiar that says "you are in danger!" or something like that. The victim certainly doesn't like it, so I don't think it's a joke!!
